2010 FIFTH ANNUAL BOX LUNCH CONSIDERED A HUGE SUCCESS!!

 

BIG thank you to Brantford and surrounding communities for your support with our 2010 Box Lunch Fundraising and Community Awareness Champaign!!

The Box Lunch took place Friday, May 7, 2010, with the help of Moose Winooski’s Restaurant, as a kick off to the May “Community Living Month” in Ontario. Over 870 people from surrounding agencies, businesses, schools, churches and residents purchased a Box Lunch in support of Community Living Brant. Twenty five local volunteers stepped in to help assemble and deliver the lunches!  Our goal was to generate funds but also to educate the Brant community about the vital services offered by Community Living Brant.

Much thanks and appreciation to all the volunteers who helped with the success of this event!!

With your combined support 870 lunches were sold and over $4600.00 was raised for Community Living Brant’s Lylla Cox Opportunity fund!
