COMMUNITY ACTIVITY PROGRAM

Community Living Brant believes in supporting people by participating in their community. Through planning, people determine how to spend their time in a fun and relaxed environment or community involvement.

The Community Activity Program is located at 20 Bell Lane, Brantford.

Individualized support is provided with the focus on leisure and recreational opportunities in and around Brantford and Brant County.

Individuals supported participate in a variety of activities and opportunities:
