Accommodations

The Group Living option provides support to a small group of people in an agency owned or rented home within Brantford and Brant County. Homes are designed with features to meet with specific needs of the people residing there and the majority of homes are able to accommodate people who use a wheelchair.

The services offered are individualized for each person and may include support with:

• Developing and maintaining relationships
• Health and Wellness
• Budgeting and money management
• Participating in school, work, volunteer, leisure opportunities and vacations
• Rights and responsibilities
• Participating and connecting in the community
