* Job training at the job site.

The Supported Employment Program provides the following advantages for employers:

* Linking employers to potential funding resources.
* Job matching suitable candidates for the tasks of a position.
* Initial on-the-job support to assist in training the person.
* Follow-up support as required. The supports provided to the individuals/employers occur on a short-term basis in the hopes that, ultimately, the person will be able to work independently and make a valuable contribution to their community.
